What kind of images can be used to make the customized pillow?

Any image is fine as soon as you use licensed images or create your own original content, and it meets various expectations.

If you want customized pillows to capture all the details of a person or pet, ensure your photo is well-lit with good vibes, a front-on photo, and high-quality clarity. In this way, all the subtle features shine in the final product.

Alternatively, if you look for playful and creative designs for the custom shaped pillows, even the slightly blurry pictures are OK! Opting for no outlines on the picture pillow can make the final product even more hilarious than the original image!

Important Notice for Customers:

Using unauthorized photos of copyrighted material, such as images from Disney, Marvel characters, or celebrities, could result in the confiscation of goods during customs clearance, hefty financial penalties, lawsuits, fines, and even potential criminal charges. Wild Pillow reserves the right to refuse processing orders that involve copyrighted materials. Accounts found using copyrighted images without permission may be suspended or terminated.

Will the ink crack or fade over time?

No, it won’t. We use a sublimation process, which dyes the product itself. This ensures that you won’t feel any ink or experience cracking on your custom pillows.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We happily fulfill international orders. Our production time remains the same, but shipping costs vary depending on the destination.

Please note that customs taxes may apply in addition to your shipping cost, depending on your home country.

How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping for orders over $69. For more details of shipping, please refer to our shipping policy.

How to fix "This item will be removed from your cart because there are no delivery methods available for your address"?

When you encounter this issue, take a moment to make sure the shipping address entered is valid and complete. Sometimes, missing information like postal codes can cause this issue.

If you use PayPal Express Checkout, ensure you've logged in and confirmed your transaction. By following these steps, you should be able to resolve the issue and proceed with your order smoothly.

Can I change the destination country on my order?

Please note that the shipping address can’t be changed once you’ve received the email with the tracking number.

How long does it take to deliver my product?

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time (not including customs delays, weekends, holidays, and any unforeseen circumstances).

  • Processing Time: 1 business day, which may extend to 48-72 hours during holidays.
  • Standard Shipping Time: 7-20 business days. International shipping times vary based on the destination.

Can I make a change or cancellation to an order?

We are happy to assist with changes to color, size, picture, or order cancellations/refunds. Please contact us with your order number, email address, and desired changes. Note that changes or cancellations will only be accepted before the order enters production.

For Made-to-Order Personalized Products, we may not be able to cancel or change your order once production has started. This includes the designing and shaping process. Cancelling or changing such orders will incur a 30% customization fee per item, as these items can no longer be sold as new. If you need to change your shipping address, we can assist up until the order is shipped. Please send us a message with the current shipping address on file and the new address you would like to use.

What If the order cannot be reached due to an invalid delivery address?

When you make the order, please make sure your shipping address is specified in detail, including name, phone number, email, country/region, province, city, street, apartment/company, and postal code. Before your parcel is shipped out, the logistics provider will verify the accuracy of your shipping address and make sure the address is in delivery range. If there is a problem with your address, we will contact you immediately for confirmation or correction. If we don't receive a response within 5 days from the first email sent, the order will be automatically canceled. For customized and personalized products, once the design and production are completed, the product cannot be sold as new again. This means that a customization fee of 30% will be charged for each item. If the order is canceled, the customization fee will be deducted from the refund.
